    well i can see some of those exercises actually work for a volleyball player

    but he doesn’t realy loke like volleyball player indeed :)

    This looks more like random conditioning exercises than a workout for vball players. Nonetheless, these type of workout would lead to an increase in agility.

    @chipotlex agility is the most important thing to have in volleyball haha

    @17caali wrong, the most important thing for a vball player is vertical jump; so plyometrics would be first and foremost. Agility means nothing if the player can’t get off the floor.
